Gregory Herman – Vice President

Greg is Vice President and co-owner of S. D. Herman Co. and has specialized in the sale and leasing of warehouse, distribution and manufacturing facilities throughout Southern California since 1987. Greg is a native of Southern California and is a third generation resident of Hancock Park. Greg has four children and enjoys hiking and tae kwon do.

Greg’s extensive knowledge and experience includes landlord and tenant representation, property management, property evaluation, environmental matters and construction supervision.
