Paul R. Herman - Sales Associate

Paul graduated from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Business Administration. He went on to work for Countrywide Home Loans as a Special Projects Manager.

In June of 2003 Paul began his career with S. D. Herman. During that time Paul has personally handled more than one hundred sale and lease transactions worth in excess of $35 million dollars. Paul’s clients include WalMart, Princess Cruises, and Casa de Ceramica. Paul also has a property management portfolio in excess of 250,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space. In 2006 Paul became a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association.

Paul and his wife Amy enjoy raising their little girl, Agnes.
