I just wanted to dropy ou a note to say “Thank you” for taking the time to take Cindi, Geoff and myself on a tour of all the properties.
I was so pleased (and relieved) to see that the buildings are in such good condition and mostly rented, thank you to you and your staff.
At my age it is so gratifying to know that I have a great property manager! It is even more important to feel that I have someone I can trust to look out for my best interest at all times. I am so fortunate to have a manager who meets all of the requirements.
When you have someone (other than yourself) handling all your money and investments, it means everything to have “peace of mind” about your finances.
Our relationship goes back almost 30 years and I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you and your efforts on my behalf, looking forward to 30 more.
