Paul R. Herman - Sr. Broker Associate

Paul graduated from Cal Poly SLO in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Business Administration.  He went on to work for Countrywide Home Loans as a Special Projects Manager.

In June of 2003 Paul began his career with S. D. Herman Co.  During that time Paul has personally handled more than one hundred and fifty sale and lease transactions worth more than $40 million.

Paul’s clients have included WalMart, Princess Cruises, the University of Southern California, and Fremantle Media.  Paul also has a property management portfolio in excess of 250,000 sq. ft. of industrial and commercial space.

In 2006 Paul became a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association, and became a licensed real estate broker in 2011.
